How It Works

You will have a one on one consultation with a paralegal who works under the supervision of a licensed attorney. During the call, the paralegal will gather facts pertaining to your matter, and provide an estimate for a draft.  Once payment is secured, the paralegal will begin working on your draft.  

Once payment is received, the paralegal will need to assemble all of the evidence. They will ask you about the harm that you have endured, including the nature of the incident(s), dates, and the names of all parties involved.

The licensed attorney will draft the narrative, identify legal implications, establish legal violations, and complete additional forms. 

All drafts are completed and delivered via email within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
